I have 3 dogs, 2 older ones and a puppy and this is definitely made for puppies. My older dogs took absolute no interest while the puppy was quite engaged and willing to play. She actually learned one command from using this daily for a good 30 mins a day. i would recommend to people with younger dogs. cons - material is very chewable for bigger dogs, so it will absolutely get destroyed right away.
