The EzyDog DFD Dog Life Jacket the perfect buoyancy aid for taking your dog out on the water. It is reflective for night safety, with a lead attachment point and convenient grab handle. Our standard DFD, short for Doggy Floatation Device, is ideal for large and medium-sized dogs, providing them with the freedom to swim comfortably. The DFD features our ultra-buoyancy foam, which has been strategically placed to maintain your dog’s natural swimming position, instilling unwavering assurance during water activities. With unrestricted movement and effortless fastening, our DFD provides absolute peace of mind, allowing you to enjoy water adventures with complete confidence.

Our ergonomic grab handle allows for effortless lifting and guiding of your dog in and out of the water, providing a strong and reliable grip. Suitable for:

Small - Dogs between 9-20kg, 61-75m in Girth and 30-40cm in Neck to Tail Base length.

Medium - Dogs between 18-27kg, 76-90cm in Girth and 40-50cm in Neck to Tail Base length.

Large - Dogs between 27-41kg, 91-105cm in Girth and 45-60cm in Neck to Tail Base length.

Not suitable for:

Any animal that is not a dog.

For best fit, measure the girth and length of your dog. The girth will take priority when selecting a size. The girth being the area behind the front legs and around the body. The length being the area from the neck to the base of the tail.

How to use:

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Loosen neck strap and unclip all 3 buckles.
2. Place the DFD on the dog's back and connect the neck clip.
3. Position the DFD for the greatest back coverage, then clip the two chest straps, adjust these straps evenly for a snug fit.
4. Adjust the neck strap for slightly loose fit (chest straps will keep the DFD in place.
TIP: The floatation portion of the neck strap does not need to cover your dogs entire neck. IMPORTANT: Do not over-tighten straps. When fitted correctly, two fingers should easily run between straps and dog.

Handwash only.

Warnings and Safety:

Do not fit too tight, being able to fit one or two fingers in between the strapping is ideal.

This garment is not intended to be worn for long periods of time (and should only be worn under supervision). If your pet becomes agitated in any way, please don't force them to wear accessories. For your pet's safety, examine the product from time to time for wear and tear and replace when appropriate. Pets can chew items unexpectedly, and if any material is ingested seek immediate veterinary advice.
