  • Misrepresented product

    This tool does not collect loose hair - it shears it. We bought it at the Crufts after the saleswoman made a good pitch. Used it on working cocker spaniel and poor dog lost half the coat sheared off. Was left fuming, wrote a complaint to the company - no reply. And we actually overpaid at the Crufts, total scam. So save your money and learn from our mistake

      What a great tool gets all the dead under fur out and the release button is a great idea. evened up my sharpegale coat out even though she would give this tool a -5 as she hates being groomed

        I don't normally write these reviews, but my Furminator has been such a revelation I thought I had better share. I was sceptical when I was shown the brush in-store - it was quite a bit more expensive than the standard brushes I was thinking of getting. But wow! It gets SO much hair off, so easily and comfortably (for me and my dog). She just stands there when I'm using it, with a smug expression on her face lol. The brush is well-made with a retractable blade protector. I think it's going to last a long time, which makes it good value. I don't know how, but it seems to get more underhair off my Jack-Chi (the stuff I want off!). She looks fantastic after grooming. I've been Furminated!
