Product description

  • Reduce the risk of stones

Knowledge is Hill's first ingredient and Hill's understands what dogs and cats need to live a long and healthy life, which is why all Hill's foods provide precisely balanced, high quality nutrition based on pets' age and unique needs. Science has driven the creation of Hill's foods since 1939 and today their dog and cat foods are still created using the combined expertise of over 220 vets, scientists and pet nutritionists. Hill's believes that fed everyday the right nutrition makes little transformations which can add up to incredible results.

Bladder stones are collections of mineral crystals that combine together in the urinary tract. They can cause discomfort and lead to more serious problems that require the care of a veterinarian. Hill's nutritionists and veterinarians developed Prescription Diet c/d Multicare clinical nutrition specially formulated to support a dog's urinary health and reduce the risk of struvite and calcium oxalate stones. This wet food is made with chicken and has an irresistible taste that your dog will love.

  • Effective and less costly than monthly vet visits

    Yes, I recommend this product

Bertie the Poo was a picky eater & now has struvite crystals & bladder stones. Vet recommended feeding him this type of urinary care food, Bertie has never gone off it, polished off each plate without hesitation + his poos are nice & firm. There's been no relapse of crystals since, so it's been very cost effective. The tins clean out very easily. Which in the summer is a blessing! Tins have pull open tops which can be tricky if you have chubby fingers. That's the only negative I can offer.

After having bladder stones the vet recommended that i put my Scottie onto this food. She loves it and can't wait to gobble up the kibble topped with a little of the tinned food.
