We started on Hills Derm Complete 4 weeks ago on the advice our vet. We had hoped it would help reduce Flash's skin rash caused by environmental allergies. Unfortunately there has been no real change.

Changed to Hills Derm Protect because of my dog's skin issues - so far, so good! The proof lies in the summer........ Only complaint is the price - very expensive!

I bought this food to help my dogs glands. They are still getting blocked every two weeks.

Excellent dog food. Why 4/5 the food has elevated some of the allergic symptoms but for some reason my dog still has a itchy skin. All that she ate for a month was this food. Not sure what to do next??? But she sure does enjoy the food.

My Shih Tzu has skin sensitivities so I tried this with his usual wet food instead of his regular Hills kibble. He liked it for a few weeks but he was a bit picky at times with it. I tried to persevere for another week but he decided it was a no! So we switched back to his regular Hills kibble which wasn’t diet. I trust hills as a brand and he has been on it since he was a pup just not this diet version. Being a Shih Tzu he can be a little picky anyway
