My very overweight female German Shepherd has been on her new Hills diet for almost two months, and I am delighted with her progress. Not only has she lost weight, but she has more energy and seems happier in herself. I will continue until she has reached her goal weight as the benefits are clearly obvious.

We started noticing that her ribs became less visible and she started slowing down when she's chasing our other dog around on the field. The transition onto Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic + Mobility was very easy. The food is a great quality with good sized biscuits. My dog really enjoys the flavour of the food and is always happy for mealtimes. Since transitioning over onto Hill's her weight has steadily come down but she always seems satisfied rather than hungry as she has seemed when we've attempted to reduce her intake previously. Alongside the weight loss, our dog has become more active again and has noticeably more energy when out on walks.

This doesn’t reflect on the brand she seems to have stomach issues and struggled with the change. We tried over a weeks reducing her original dry food but she began to vomit so we couldn’t continue unfortunately.
