Was advised by my foster cat’s vet. I think it helps a lot with weight management because sterilized cats tend to put on more weight than before. So far so good. She likes it.

I have 2 female cats that have been on this food for 2 years now. And they love it! My youngest makes sure that as soon as I get up in the morning I feed her and that the first thing I do when I get home is feed her. She climbs into her food.
