With food resources scarce now, it is essential to feed garden birds all year round. Put out food at the start of the day to ensure that birds can replace the energy they have lost overnight. Locate feeders near cover, so that the birds have a safe place to retreat to that is away from predators. Always provide fresh, clean water.

Turn the feeder upside down, unscrew the base and remove the seal tab. Replace the feeding base and turn the feeder back over. Pull out the perches and remove the label so birds can see the seed. Hang from a tree or dining station. You can refill and re-use this feeder too! To refill the feeder once it is empty, unscrew and remove the lid and pour seed mix into the top. Ensure lid is securely in place before hanging the feeder. Remember to wear gloves and wash your hands after filling feeders.

  • Useless

The local squirrel enjoyed half the remaining nuts from this container. Fortunately the wild birds had managed to eat at least half the peanuts before the squirrel chewed the plastic and broke the bottom out of the plastic container.

  • Broken within just a few hours

It;'s interesting that the previous review mentions cheeky squirrels. I put the feeder out the morning after my purchase and by the afternoon, there were small pieces of plastic all over my lawn and a great gaping hole in the feeder.
