How to use:
Suitable for use with most rolls with & without a core. To use: unscrew the base. Feed the first bag through the dispensing window. Position the roll over spool holder, replace the base, and twist to lock. For hands-free walking, a used poop bag clip has been incorporated into the base; simply open the clip, knot the used poop bag, position it and fasten the clip.
