The SureFlap Door is ideal for mounting in single or double-glazed windows. If you have a double-glazed window you will need to get a replacement unit manufactured with the hole cut in it. Please use a qualified glazier to supply the unit glass unit. When working with cut glass always wear protective gloves as the edges may be sharp. For installation in the wall of your property, please consult a qualified builder. Sure Petcare recommends that the cat flap is used with your cat's implanted microchip, however it may also be operated using the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag.
