How to weigh your pet

Follow these three simple steps:
1. Weigh yourself on an ordinary pair of bathroom scales.
2. Pick up your dog* then weigh yourself and your dog together.
3. Subtract your weight from the combined weight of you and your dog.

*Larger or challenging dogs can be difficult to weigh using this method. At Pets at Home, we offer a free weighing service in all our PetCare Centres, so feel free to bring them in and we can weigh them for you. Use 'Find a Store' to find your nearest Petcare Centre.

  • Useless, dogs would eat anything but these

    I have 5 dogs, all of whom would eat things they shouldn't, mud, flies, poo, rubbish etc but despite many many attempts to disguise these in chicken or cheese they can detect them and will not ingest them wrapped in meat, crushed up or any other way so I would not recommend at all, I would rather have a small tablet to pop down them.
