Amazing create, very good size. Sturdy, even better that is has 2 bolts. Very worth paying the money for good quality.

Other crate manufacturers (eg pet shop own) do liners and mattresses to fit their crates. The Kong crate is larger and has no liner to fit. Other makes (3 peaks, Wainwright's and pet shop own brand are all smaller than the Kong XL crate.

The crate is great and seems sturdy and will be perfect for daughter's very large pet when she visits. Unfortunately one side of the box the crate was in was a mess - it was wet and very badly damaged and top held together with tape - looks as though it had been opened and then resealed. Luckily the crate itself was undamaged and was for our house and not a gift - would definitely have returned otherwise. Also staff although very helpful did not offer another undamaged boxed crate be brought out (cannot imagine only one in stockroom…?), hence only 3 stars.

Nice and big, sturdy and heavy, perfect for my tall Staffy X post surgery. She had never been crated before, so we introduced it 2 weeks prior to her operation, and within a week, she was choosing to sleep in it. Now post op, she is happy enough in there recuperating, with plenty of space to stand, and lie in all positions. I was concerned a crate wouldnt contain my girl, but so far, very pleased'

This is a good solid crate - massive but that's what we need! Fits under the stairs so not so noticeable now it's hidden. The dog loves it and will have plenty of space to grow into but happy to have the spacer to make it smaller for the next few months. Would recommend.

Bought this cage for my Beagle and Victorian Bulldog to share at night and is perfect, they are actually going in it, in the day out of choice. Stong, sturdy, looks good and perfect size. My Beagle is a rescue and has had trauma with crates so always had her in a pen with no top, but she walked into this one with no fuss, it doesnt rattle like previous crates and pens I have had, and the height is perfect.
