For overweight or obese dogs, a diet that...
My dog has EPI, this food is very helpful with her digestion. Great with my dogs medication too.
Since switching to this food, my dog’s tummy has been so much better. She used to have regular issues and this has all been resolved now. My only negative (and why I’ve given 4 stars and not 5) is we had quite a few faulty tin pulls and when using a tin opener, there are sharp edges and the metal breaks into small bits.
Due to my dog being poorly with pancreatitis we were advised by the vet to buy here low fat gastrointestinal food. She loves it so much. A bit more expense than her other food but worth it to see her better
Trying to maintain a low fat diet for an ageing dog can be challenging. We were recommended the Royal Canin Low Fat Diet (Gastrointestinal) and have found that our dog has no problem with the food.
Our Golden was diagnosed with pancreatitis and the vet recommended this. He's been on it for a few years now and hasn't had any episodes. We alternate it with the dry version for a bit of a change and he enjoys both.
Too rich, could only use the dry version, which itself needed fibre added.
