Vet recommended this when my elderly cat was told he was obese and needed to be on a diet. I was sceptical how he'd take to it, but, using the training mode made it surprisingly easy. Three days, and he was an expert. Linking to his microchip was simple. This has lost a star as it requires four C-batteries. I'd would gave expected it to be rechargable via a charging lead. So this is disappointing and an extra cost. Especially as its not the cheapest bit of kit. Otherwise highly recommend.

We’ve got a 2 year old cat on a special diet and a new (very hungry) kitten. We needed a way to keep their food separate so bought two of these feeders. They work brilliantly and are super easy to set up. The kitten is confident and has no trouble using this although he prefers a normal bowl. Our older cat is more anxious and seemed ok at first but now won’t eat from it. She literally wouldn’t eat anything. We’ve ordered the stainless steel bowls for the feeder and hope that will help.

Purchased two of the surefeed cat feeders for my cats. Both are on different medication so I wanted to be sure that they can’t eat each others food. These feeders work great and also keep the flies off any uneaten food till they want to finish it off. Great purchase.

Excellent got multi cats or ones on special good or diet.

Bought to replace 12 year old surefeed microchip feeders. Much easier to keep clean. Same easy controls. Same longe range microchip programme for chips that have slid out of place. Same mechanisms on the feeders that still work well for my diminished Pride.

These are great products and have stopped stealing of food between the cats. They learned to use them really fast and easy to set up!
